Ajio - Didn t receive refund

I shopped from Ajio thought that it is good brand.. however, when I received the product I got issue with size, so I just exchange the product bt again I had issues with size because Ajio like other shopping website Myntra, zara etc have not that exact size. After exchange they offered me return policy so I returned the product and received the msg that they got the product and they have initiated the refund.. it's been * week I have not received any refund from Ajio.. I mailed them so many times and attached the screenshot of the msg received from Ajio still their customer support is so bad that they always send computerized email stating that we will resolve you query with **-** hrs.. I still waited for **-** hrs and nothing happened I still didn't receive my refund.. every time and mailing then asking my refund (as they don't have any customer care number like other shopping websites mailing is the only option) they again and again send me the same mail stating that they will resolve the issue by **-** hrs
