SUBHADEEP KOLEY filed complaint against Tatacliq.com on May 8, 2021
On *th April, I bought Hawkins Pressure cooker worth Rs.**** from Tatacliq online which I paid through Tatacliq Cash and my bank account . The Transaction ID is *************** but due to quality issue of the product, I returned the product on **th April'****. I got a refund amount of Rs.** only on **th April'**** in my bank account.
As I didn't receive the rest of the amount which is Rs.****, I tried reaching TATACLIQ Customer Care & I have been confirmed that there is some issues going on at Tatacliq Cash so they will be sharing payment link in my mail id(koley.subhadeep@gmail.com) & contact number. But I haven't received any link, due to that I HAVE CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER CARE ATLEAST ** TIMES SINCE PAST ** DAYS, EVEN I HAVE TALKED WITH SUPERVISOR LIKE Laxmi,Amar Dasri, Madhumita samaddar & FEW OTHERS FROM FINANCE TEAM. Every time, I have been promised that I will receive the pay link by today or tomorrow but I haven't received the amount till date. I have wasted almost * hours of my valuable time by calling ** times but yet to receive any resolution for the same. I am feeling cheated, mentally harassed in this Covid difficulty times as I am yet to receive my hard earned money from TATA CLIQ Team. This is the worst experience of online shopping I have ever felt in my entire life. Please help me to receive the refund, It's my hard earned money.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
