I ordered a cake from Zomato didn't had the picture on the app so I called the bakery to send me the options they had I didn't like the options so I cancelled my order when I cancelled my order they told me they'll had a certain amount of cancellation fee but now they are saying that the belay paid would be treated as the cancellation fee and the cake is pre baked so the food is not wasted as well.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
