Sir,
I had made a transaction for Amazon prime membership through my vodafone no. ********** by My vodafone app of *** on ** july **** at *:** AM. The transaction got cancelled by some technical issue from them and the money got deducted by my account. Till that day I had contacted Bank, Amazon and vodafone several times. Amazon clearly stated that we havn't got the money and the bank is clearly saying that the transaction is successfull and provided the transaction reference number. Vodafone customer care are not resolving my problem. They aren't providing the refund . Please help me with my refund.
