Myntra - didn t get refund for self shipped product to myntra

i have self shipped my product to myntra on *th of October which was delivered to myntra logistics on **th of October.. it's been ** days now yet i haven't received my refund nor any update on about it.. i have been calling to customer care but they ask me to wait for **-** hours.. this is a fraud going on at myntra.. myntra delivers a wrong product and then we need to self ship it and they don't refund our money..
