Travolook - Didn t get refund against flight ticket cancellation

PAVULURI NAGAKARUNAKAR filed complaint against Travolook on Sep 25, 2021

On **th August ****, I booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Jaipur through the travolook website. After an hour i got an email as below " Your booking is Cancelled due to fare expiration. Please contact our customer support at ****-***-**** or send us an email at support@travolook.in". Then I contacted them and ask them to refund the money and they said a refund will happen within *-** working days. It didn't happen, again they said samething. Whenever I call them ,they keep on saying same thing.
