Hello Sir/Mam , My brother recharge on my Number at * june recharge was (***rs - **gb) but I didn't get the recharge on my phone, after I'm call to VI customer care number and telling to him about this issue but he says recharge if didn't get successful than money refunded *-* working day's after brother another recharge of *** of **gb that was successful, but previous recharge who was not successful that's money not refunded till now at the date of **th june, so **nd June again I'm say to my brother please do a recharge for *** but that recharge also not successful, it's means amount deducted from his bank account but I'm didn't get recharge, why this happens, have you a valid reason, I have recharge screenshot of **nd June, why this re again happened with me
