I had ordered from Ajio a kurti of size L. It didn't fit properly so I had applied for exchange for size XXL. Kurti of size L had come with tag attached on cardboard instead of the kurti. Delivery boys came twice and didn't give the exchanged item because of tag issue which is ajio's fault. Second delivery guy sent me a cancel message and asked me to cancel exchange otherwise delivery boys will keep coming everyday. He asked me to complain in ajio site. After that I cancelled it. Complained in ajio site , customer care, everywhere. No one cares. I didn't get my money back nor did anybody come to take back the kurti. Please look into this matter. I'm tired of emailing ajio everyday. Exchange id : #EX**********
