Sub: Air India didn't allow me though I was having my ticket and security scanning on timely manner.
Description:
I had booked my flight ticket from New Delhi to Vadodara. I did web check-in and printed out the ticket.
I reached on the airport before sufficient time and did my security scanning on timely manner.
I was in the queue and when my turns were come, Air India officials didn't allow me to enter from the boarding gate. They have one silly argument that I don't not have full copy of ticket which is of A* size.
For the convenience purpose, I had teared off one copy of boarding pass, but the official was saying to have another copy. I still not understand what was the reason to block me for this silly reason. I did my security clearance and everything on timely manner. At the same time, the person had insulted me in front of other passenger like I am a criminal or terrorist. I have the witness person for the behaviour of Air India official.
I said to keep that boarding pass if they required for their record purpose. I was having soft copy. But he didn't agree and didn't allow me to enter and I missed the flight.
I need to reach baroda for very important task. AI refused me to compensate this flight with other flight. So, I have to book another flight.
I was harassed by AI officials for this silly reason and I need to suffer my planning and have stay in Airport full night. I had also made a complaint at the airport, please find the same in attachment.
I request you to Air India, kindly pay the amount of new ticket. Also, they don't have any right to insult me in front of other passenger. I can file against my insult.
