I booked * domestic flight tickets through Yatra on April * and my journey date was April **th. My flight was cancelled by airlines. As per government regulations i am eligible for a full refund. But Yatra transferred my amount their e-wallet that too deducting around **** rupees. Where as other booking agents are refunding the full amount to bank account without any deductions, I need my money back in my bank account.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
