Club Factory - Didn't received my refund money.

I ordered a pullover for club factory, but the one that I received was defected and was kind of torned, plus the quality of the product was worst like cloth was kind of transparent type material that one can through it. So applied for return. Firstly it took long time that they sent courier man to receive that package. Nextly after that it's been two months when the return package was picked up and reached the warehouse of the company but I still didn't received my refund money back. It was in September when I returned my order and now it's mid of October but my bank didn't received my refund yet. Company is still making excuses every time when ask them to transfer the money to the bank account.
