Makemytrip Limited - Didn’t get refund after the confirmation

Dear Team,

I booked flight tickets of Rs. ***** for **th Sept @**.** am from Bhubaneshwar to Bangalore, but due to the sudden demise of my mother I cancell the flight via MakeMyTrip before * hours ** Minutes and got the confirmation on refund of Rs. ****. But till now I didn’t get the refund and also I connected around ** times to MakeMyTrip customer care. Every time they take the time for refund and without resolving the issue every time they close the request tracker in their app. When I checked with the airline about it airline intimated that they refunded only the now show charges of rs.*** only. When I canceled the tickets before *and half hours then wher is this no show applicable andwhy didn’t I get my refund? Aleeady due to this great loss of my mother’s demise I suffered a lot and now this MakeMyTrip Limited giving mental harassment on these matter. While I tried to overcome from my tough time these MakeMyTrip case remind me of my loss and everytime giving me mental harassment. I couldn’t give the follow ups due to this situation.
