Makemytrip Limited - Refund of Cancelation of air ticket

I have booked Ticket from Delhi to Mumbai for **th May-**** in Vistara Air Lines through Make My Trip online booking system, I have also pay Rs. ****.** as MMT Zero Cancelation charges to assure to refund my full Ticket Charges, if my ticket goes cancel. Now due to extension of Covid-** Lock Down period Airlines Cancel the flight which i have book. I have call the Airline they refuse to inform anything regarding refund and say that you have to contact your booking Agent ( Make My trip Ltd) I have further contact with MMT they inform that till Airlines advisory not issue on cancelation policy. then after they Email me that Your trip is cancel and your amount is remain save with Airline in form of voucher which can be use in future with same Airline. and all scheme like MMT Zero Cancelation stand cancel and no benefit will be given under this. They cheater also disable the cancelation link on their website so no one can cancel the ticket My Complaint is that even paying assurance insurance like Zero Cancelation why I am not get My Full refund, if scheme stand cancel then refund the amount of charges paid for the scheme, also I want my full Money Back in form of I have Paid, not in Voucher form. Hope You can Help me out in this situation.
