Samsung Mobile - did not repair the phone while phone is on under warranty

Dear Sir/ Mam, my name is ajay and i have purchased * samsung galaxy module no is A**S purchase date is on **/**/****, one of them device is running smoothly but another device is creating problem and suddenly it has been hang on and does not switched on, when i have try to on this device & press the power button with volume down only display the samsung logo nothing else, i have visited to the samsung service cenre Qdigi Okhla Delhi , Address: *st Floor, Shop No. **, Community Center, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase -*, New Delhi , on */*/**** on Sunday Contact Person: Ritesh Sharma ( Manager ), Landline Number: **********, Samsung Customer Service, and showed to the service centre so call hardware engineer Mr. mohit kumar, i have explained everything to this so call engineer mr mohit kumar first of all he was mr mohit kumar fighting very badly with his colleagues, after that when my turn comes he was talking with me very rudely and behaving very badly, i tolerate him and again ask to come on the point and resolve my problem, he has open my device and after *-* minutes he said there has been liquid drop on the phone, which was strange and i said no because this is our device and we were using the device and we always trying to our best and there is no liquid drop on the phone, if there would have any liquid drop on the phone, device would have switched off permanently not display the Samsung logo, he has rudely said please pay the INR OF **** or keep your device with yourself, i knew it was s problem with software corrupted, as one of your customer care representative said the same things, i am very sad and unhappy with his behaviour and also, service centre who has sitting there just for looted the money nothing else, phone is on warranty period. Request you to kindly please do something and also this mohit Kumar behaviour and asking for money hereby my i am attaching my phone current condition, I need the service from them properly or else want to my money back from them. I have raised the complaint to Samsung Company but they are not responding me or even as per they promised to me they will resolve the problem as soon as possible still I am waiting for the response. I don’t have another substitute mobile behalf of this mobile, this is my first and worst experience about the Samsung terrible experience. This is my hard money and I will not lose my money ANY how, REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY PLEASE HELP ME FOR THE SAME
