I booked Kolkata to Toronto flight tickets from Yatra.com, (Travel dates were: **th May **** and ** July **** Return) Due to Covid-** situation I had to to cancel the flight tickets (** April ****). As per the cancellation policy, I should receive a refund within *-* days after a deduction of Rs. **,*** as cancellation penalty from the airline. It's been * months I have been following up with Yatra.com over email, till now I haven't received a single rupee as refund. In every email response they blame the Airline and ask me to wait for more time. It's a significant amount of money and I have spent so much time following up with Yatra.com. It's not possible for me to wait any longer and I need the refund as soon as possible.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
