I had booked a flight from Bombay to Amritsar. Now due to the outbreak of Novel Corona Virus the Govt. of India has advised to all the people across country to self quarantine themselves. In such a situation we had no choice but to cancel our trips. I cancelled my trip and Got a refund of only Rs. **** , However I had paid Rs. **,***. This is such an unprofessional behaviour on part of Make my Trip. The situation on account of COVId- ** is an unfortunate incident an they are taking advantage of the same. I am entitled to a full refund and Since I am myself an advocate, in case they do not provide it I shall take legal actions against them to protect my rights. They can't take away our entitlement like this.
