I have ordered a food in swiggy, but the person did not delivered.. I contact the support in both call and chat, they told me to send an email. I have sent.. On next day, they mentioned as the order has been delivered with the otp I have said.. I have ordered so many items in swiggy, till now there is now any otp for deliver the food.. So they said they can refund. But I didn't get the food. Also the i call support person when I didn't not received the order before sent a mail. When he also called a deliver person he didn't pick and switch off the number.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
