DHFL - DHFL Sonipat not releasing the balance sanctioned amount 694385

Narender Rathee filed complaint against DHFL on Oct 10, 2018

Sanctioned a loan (Loan Code-********) of rupees **,**,***/- by Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd. Subhash Chowk, Sonipat Branch, Haryana vide their sanction letter dated **-Jan-**** for Purchase of Land and Construction of a house on the said land.
Out of sanction loan Disbursement, a sum of rupees **,**,*** Dated **-April-**** & **-July-**** after a great effort.
The balance amount of rupees *,**,*** is held up by the Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd. Subhash Chowk, Sonipat Branch, Haryana bank.
I requested a number of times personal in the branch, written complaint file to (DHFL CEO Office, Haryana State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission & National Housing Bank Department of Regulation & Supervision ) sent by speed post and even I served a legal notice but all in vain.
Please look into the matter.
