My Desktop was getting hanged, hence got in touch with the customer care on Monday **th Dec **** through WhatsApp no **********, they did trouble shooting and told it is related to Windows **. So i purchased a licensed copy from Microsoft website on **th Dec **** and reinstalled it but the error is the same. My system is still getting hanged and when i contacted them again they are saying this error is related to Operating System only.
