Coindcx - Deposits not reflected in wallet asking for the refund

Nornally, if your transfered amount is reflected in wallet so if you asked for the refund your money back,
How long the refund process should takes?

You know what, now it's been more than ** days now, I'm following up with Coindcx team to get my money back as they already infomer they unable to process deposit.

Is it not possible to a well known Crypto currency wallet brand get this matter on priority and intimate the simple refund process?

Even they don't provide any telephonic support to their customers
