I was using you broadband connection from last * years, i was doing yearly subscription.
Faced many issues from this company in yearly subscription minimum * months connection is not working or disconnected company fault sometimes connection was disconnected for * days continue i had complained many times at call center field executive no response not any proper solution given.
For disconnected connection i was not even given any refund or any extension period of the connection for both years I complained about this they behaved rude.
So at last this year I decided not to continue with this company I disconnected the connection then handover company moderm to field executive (solanki narendra) on **/**/**** then he informed me your deposit amount will be refunded through cheque at your door step after ** days now its been more than ** days I contacted call center after **days no proper solution was given to me they are not ready to answer it and i not even ready to transfer my call to any supervisor this is the way to treat customers you broadband.
Call center is not giving me any answer for my deposit refund.
