Colive Golden Square - Deposit not refunded

I have vacated colive from December **,****. And chose to get back my deposit by jan mid, by the redeem option. I was told it would be refunded in ** days. But i did not receive any. So i contacted the staff from colive and i was told to raise ticket (**th march)and i did. It was told it would be resolved in **-** working days, it has become a month, but still not recieved. I contacted again and was told to send the ticket number, and i did. And there was no response from any of the staff.I again raised a ticket on *th april but no responses. And i tried to contact and messege them but no responses.
