I was promised accommodation at Holden square with advance payment for a month with one month deposit. When I reached the property the manager informed that the property did not even have the OC and hence cannot stay.
I had no place to stay and ended up in shelling out extra money to stay at a different serviced apartment at additional cost till date and there has been no communication so far.
My money is stuck and I am bleeding additional money to live. This is a very bad customer experience and an unresolved issue.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
