I would like to file a complaint regarding three successful deposits that were debited from my bank account but have still not been credited to my Mostbet gaming account.

I have repeatedly contacted Mostbet support and submitted all requested documents, including bank statements, transaction screenshots, UTR numbers, and payment proofs. Despite this, the issue remains unresolved.
I also contacted Google Pay support regarding these transactions. Google Pay confirmed that all three transactions were successfully credited to the beneficiary account:
• ** June transaction was initiated at *:** PM and credited to the beneficiary at *:** PM.
• ** June transaction was successfully credited to the beneficiary at approximately **:** AM.
• ** June transaction was successfully credited to the beneficiary at approximately *:** PM.
Despite these confirmations, Mostbet has failed to credit the funds to my gaming account. Furthermore, support representatives have provided conflicting information, and some complaint tickets were marked as closed without any refund, credit, or satisfactory explanation.
It has now been more than ** days since the first transaction, and I am still waiting for my money.
Relief Requested:
