Durai Nadar filed complaint against Nobroker on Aug 5, 2023
I took a Packers and Movers service on ** June **** [ Booking id: HSPM-*******].
Partner/Dealer assigned: Ramesh Kumar.
I was informed that they will provide me cartons for movement and I can prefer to keep the cartons at ₹** each. However, they used * plastic cartons and they said it will cost me ₹*** per carton.
I wanted some days to unpack stuffs and return the cartons. The dealer offered me to keep the cartons for **-** days with the deposit amount of ₹**** for * cartons and promised me to refund me as soon as I return the * cartons. (Refer my Whatsapp conversation with Ramesh Kumar attached)
From last * month I have been following up with Ramesh to collect the cartons and refund my deposit amount. But for some reason he has been giving excuses and doesn't respond to my messages or calls. He promised to come and collect the cartons on **th July but didnt turn up and not even responding to my calls and messages. I also raised this issue with Nobroker team but even they seem to be least bothered about the issue. Nushrath from Packers and Movers service has been making me wait for **- ** days for no reason.
