Paytm Business - Denying Paytm soundbox deactivation request and debiting money unnecessary

Denying my Paytm soundbox request and debiting money unnecessary as monthly rental charge. I have already talked with Paytm customer support, they also accept my deactivation request and told me that my monthly rental charge will be stopped and if charges then will will be refunded. But instead of getting refund, they debited money unnecessary. They told that their courier partner will come and pick up my soundbox but still nothing happens. Please help me
