There was a scheme running on the coolwinks.com website that ***% moneyback upto Rs. **** will be given to the Customer for orders above **** post ** days of Delivery. I placed * orders worth **** each on **th May and the same was delivered on *th June. Just before receiving the order, i contacted customer care of Coolwinks to confirm whether i was eligible for moneyback or Not. They confirmed to me that i was eligible for moneyback after ** days of delivery, hence i took the delivery of my product. Now when even after ** days, i didn't got the Cashback, i contacted customer care of coolwinks to know the reason behind this, they replied that since i have used a coupon code, i am not eligible for Cashback. This was completely nowhere mentioned in coolwinks t&c and before taking delivery i also asked the Customer care about this and he also never mentioned about this. Strict legal actions should be taken against such fraud companies
