Shaadi.com - Denying for the refund

Dear Sir / Ma'am,

I have registered on Shaadi.com for the free plan, on the matrimonial site to search for my better half.
Following that, they began making numerous calls and insisting that I pay a premium for better service and more options. As per their request, I have subscribed to the premium plan for me and my brother, and we are both searching for a life partner.

However, Shadi.com is a well-known matrimonial scam.

The majority of the profiles are bogus and only handled by their people who send and accept people by themselves. Not a single genuine profile is there.

I purchased two profile plans, but there has been no response and no profile request or acceptance since then. So I have requested for the refund for both profile, they have denied after my repeated request.

At last, they have ready to refund for one profile but rejected it for the second profile by saying that it is not eligible for the refund, with no other reason given.

Please do the needful to get the refund from them as there is totally fraud/fake profile and waste of time.
