Jet Airways India - Denying check-in, false information

timeline:
*. my daughter and two other friends (college students) held a confirmed jet airways ticket for **th dec, **** which was booked on *rd nov, ****, flight no. jet airways (*w ***), sector between bangalore (blr) and aizawl (ajl) via guwahati ( gau) direct flight.
*. booking reference no: fb*****baueo*
airline pnr: fachfu
status : confirmed
*. on ** dec, ****, three hours prior to the departure, the ground crew at check-in counter (no. * of jet airways,bangalore), denied their check-in, saying that the booking was not confirmed. after a brief interaction, another ground crew member joined the discussion and changed the statement saying that the flight was a misconnected flight (from gau to ajl).
my daughter and her friends demanded that if it was so, they should be able to travel at least till guwahati, which was also denied and told that the plane was full.
*. the same staff suggested to my daughter that he would arrange tickets on the next day by offloading three other passengers, which was unacceptable and unfair.
*. my daughter and her friends were compelled to cancel the tickets as there was no other options from jet airlines.the ground crew then issued a letter of permission for refund.
*. they left my daughter and her friends at the counter without any other assistance.

the real problem:
*. my daughter and her friends (without adult companion) having little amount of money had no other option but to stay at the waiting area of bangalore airport the whole day from *.** a.m. to **:** p.m.
*. as a father, I had to go through a tormenting time of finding and obtaining three (*) new air tickets within a short span of time which was impossible.
*. i found alternate flight tickets from bangalore to kolkata and kolkata to silchar and a nine hour drive from silchar to aizawl.
*. my daughter left bangalore at **.** p.m., spent the whole night at kolkata airport waiting area, then took off for silchar at *:** p.m. and then travelled * hours by road to aizawl.
*. the journey which was supposed to be * hours turned into ** long and tiresome hours.

false information given by jet air ground crew:
*. flight no. *w *** on ** dec, ****, in fact departed from bangalore and reached guwahati.
*. there was no misconnection at all in guwahati.
the same plane departed from guwahati at *:** p.m. and arrived at aizawl at *:** p.m.
*. other passengers (from aizawl, mizoram) were checked-in at Bangalore airport at the same date and same plane and landed safely at Aizawl on the same day.

Clarification required:
*. why jet airways ground crew denied check-in of confirmed ticket holders.
*. why the ground staff told easily proven false information to their clients.
*. why they gave a false document (enclosed) in print when the flight was as per schedule.
*. why these three young college going girls were treated unfairly by the ground staff.

the physical and mental trauma subjected to my whole family, with loss of time, extra expenditure and increased risk to vehicle accident by mere lies will not be easily forgotten and will forever be a reason of mistrust towards jet airways company.
