I have to visit Bhubaneshwar on **th May **** along with family. I have booked hotel Trumiph Inn through Oyo prior * month from the date of visit and paid all amount in advance. When we reached at site property manager deny for check-in and said they had cancelled the booking due to the price issue. I called Oyo customer care team for the concern. They are not aware of the issue. I asked for another arrangement they failed to do so and disconnect call every time. When I called I tried **-** times from property due to concerns my whole family along with children spent the night on roads. I asked for refund they assure to do so in a TAT *-** days. Now, it's over and they making fool on every call and disconnect after a long hold. Might be their intentions are not to refund the amount they are a fraud customer care and escalation team just wasting my time. They are non-responsive, fraud and cheater. Don't book a hotel room through Oyo.
Not responding over calls over emails. Kindly help me to get back my hard earned money back asap.

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
