I have booked a room in oyo app at chennai in chennai palace hotel .but receptionist says our hotel contractor will be change so we cant to allow a check in . But i have pay the amount in oyo app through online payment in gpay .no refund will be start .oyo customber care didnt give proper explaination it will denied the call
