Vishnu Sharma filed complaint against Oyo on Apr 21, 2019
I had booked two rooms in Mathura's hotel named Ganga palace through Oyo. But when I went to check in the hotel, the manager denied saying that the tariff is less and I will have to pay more to check in.
When I contacted Oyo customer care they replied that they cannot help us. I was with my family and it was raining outside. No other rooms available as it was peak time. I had to go through a lot of mental stress that night. As a customer I would like to know the cause of the issue and why in future I should use Oyo.
