Goindigo - Denied entry after reaching boarding gate on time

I had booked a international flight from Doha(Qatar)-Hyderabad to travel on **/**/**** at **.** pm reached the airport check in counter at *:** pm and was at the Boarding gate at *:** pm.
The duty supervisor at the boarding gate denied entry as i was carrying extra luggage of ** kgs which consisted luggage and chocolates from Doha duty free .
The Supervisor insisted to pay Qatar Riyal *** for which i reduced the luggage and was ready to pay Qatar Riyal *** still the supervisor got angry started abusing behaving in a rude manner.
I agreed to pay Qatar riyal *** and handed over my credit card to the Indigo but after some time but the supervisor was not willing to accept and at *:** pm informed that my luggage is off loaded and cannot travel.
around **:** pm i was spent with some lady to the airport authority which was at a distance of ** KM with my hand luggage and was made to wait till **.** pm later informed that i have to call someone and book another ticket or else leave the airport.
As i booked the appointments with the Doctor and other works had to call my friend at **:** am on **/**/**** book another flight ticket from Oman Airways scheduled to departure at **:** AM and reached via Oman -Hyderabad at *:** pm by the time reached home was *:** pm. (Flight Ticket attached)
As per the Schedule i had to reach **:** hrs morning to my home.
I had raised the issue with Customer relations and Appellate authority. after several emails and telephonic discussions was informed some feedback has been given to the Supervisor and offered a travel voucher of Rupees ****.
For the insult, abuse , amount of travel time, postponement of important works as well as for the ticket purchased i need a compensation as per the law.
