I am writing this complaint to Air India that on the date of journey which is **th June, ****; I was not allowed to check-in at the IGI Airport by the staff of the Air India at the Airport.
I reached the check-in counter of Air India, the staff of Air India kept sending me from one counter to another counter and on reaching the concerned person I was denied check-in by the staff. It was **:** when I reached the counter and instead of allowing me to check-in Air India staff misbehaved and wasted the time and saying again and again that check-in counter is closed now and we can’t allow you to check-in. Air India Staff was rather supposed to cooperate with me and should have helped its passengers in boarding the flight but they refused the check-in and insisted us to book new tickets for the next flight.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
