The hotel Oyo ***** All in One Dwarka, D refused us to checkin with our prepaid booking saying that they have some ongoing dispute on payment terms with Oyo and asked us to reach out to Oyo for refund. It's been more than ** days and I'm struggling to get a resolution from Oyo. Whenever I reach out to them they have a standard response that one of our senior executives will call you in * hrs but that doesn't happen at all. I have shared the evidence that I was at the mentioned property but still they are not acting on it
