Taj India Resorts - Denial of Service by Taj India

Taj India Resorts promised me *-** hotels they have listed on their portal but whenever I raise a request to them they either do not have inventories or they offer *-** hotels only. This has happened on more than * occasions. I asked them to refund the money but they refused to do it. Their customer support did not reply on time. They have listed the best resorts and hotels on their website but while booking they give the cheapest option which will be more cost effective to book directly.
