Asus - Denial of repair under warranty product

I bought an Asus laptop about an year ago, about a week before my warranty ran out my laptop wouldnt turn on so i called asus support and filled a complaint, next day i get a call from them saying they ordered the required parts and will visit me when the parts arrive, in a week i get a call about ** in the morning whiich i couldnt pick up as i was in a meeting and my phone was silent anyways i called them back in an hour and they said they had called me and i didnt pick up so they took another repair order and moved there so they will call me again the following day but later that day i get an email saying my repair request was cancled and i would have to rebook an appointment so i do that and tell them about the whole ordeal now * days later i get a call from the repair person and he refuses to repair my product cause it ran out of warranty after i tell him the whole story i was told to call customer care and figure it out with them so i do that and teel the agent about everything, she tells me she gonna escalate my call to a senior and they would call me back in ** hours and ever since i am being ghosted, nobody calls me, no repairs... this is fraud from the company and i deserve my product to be fixed
