I am writing to seek clarification regarding the service charges I recently incurred for an engineer visit . The service was conducted on **/*/**** and I was charged for service. He just said as your device is out of warranty you've to pay the service charges and then I said you haven't done any service for my device know and you didn't even intimated about the service charges before for this question no response from him.
