I bought Dell G* ** from Dell authorized store and after *-* days i am starting to get issues into it. day by day it getting increased and i am starting to get suffered. i have email support team to fix it. they do basic steps and as it not sorted out. i asked them to replace whole unit. they said it take **-** days for approval. after getting approval, they ask me to send me documents which i provided. again after a month when i ask status checks, they said i didn't reply with " i agree", which i did that time and reply to them.
so they initiated replacement. they told me i will get it by **-**th of January. i was agreed with that. now they send an email to me that order will be delayed and going to delivered into march. I am already loosing patience due to their pathetic response and mentally harassments I suffered because of it. it's been already more than * months for me and still they asking me to wait for * month more. what the crap is this ? is this type of service dell providing ? i have suffered a lot because of this. i also found they have provided wrong and invalid contact details in customer details. now i don't want replacement. i want refund of my money.
