I Purchased Dell Inspiron **** on February *th. From the day one it had complaints like blue screen error, fingerprint scanner, bios, update of dell support assistant, bluethooth etc. After repeated and failed remote sessions and running different diagnostics, Dell agreed to replace the laptop and I agreed for that. After ** days, I got a call from Dell that the same model is available and suggested me to select a model from the available models so that it will be shipped immediately. Compramising with colour, size and model I agreed only for the reason that my laptop will be delivered at the earliest. Dell collected my laptop on *st of April and informed me that the return item is in shipping status. But till now, I did not receive my laptop. Dell team even not answering my mails from the last * days.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
