I bought this laptop on *th Dec ****, there was display issue (white colour on bottom left side), I requested for replacement on **th Dec **** & after two months laptop picked up from my home on *th Feb ****. Again one month has been passed. I talked to customer care too many times & each time they said it is pending at backend team(WR TEAM). I am listening this since starting. Now today i called them again & that executive said "we don't have data after **st January in our system, please wait again for * week we'll do something. Even i dont know what is happening at our backend team." My laptop picked up & they dont know this cause it is not updated in their systems. Their policy is to deliver unit replacement laptop within ** days but its already been around ** days. They are not giving me any date they are just saying wait wait wait..... Dear sir, i bought this laptop for my brother who is studying BTech in CS. I bought this for his Exam now his next semester started & he doesn't have any laptop to study. Please do something. I think very huge fraud happened to me. My family cannot bear this fraud sir. I want compensation of the torture, loss, mental fear of loosing money they gave to my family.
