I have bought a laptop from US in December **** with an International premium support warranty for * year, which clearly states that I am eligible for dell premium support service anywhere in the world. Now, I am facing one or other issue from January only, so I contacted them on Feb and they told me to reinstall the operating system, I did it. Same problem again appear after **-** days, they again told me to do the same thing and I did it. Now, the problem again appear after * months, this time I told them that I will not going to reinstall the OS as it is not going to solve the problem, permanently. From May'** my case is handle by there Advance resolution group and they are not able to solve the problem and in between more minor issues are appearing in the system. Now, dell is denying the fact that there is any problem in the system. I have send them the many videos of the same but still they are too adamant to acknowledge the issue. I have wasted my so many hours in the past *+ months with the dell and still they are not able to solve the problem. As a customer, I feel cheated by dell and there after sales service, as they are taking these issues for granted. So, I am contacting you for this. Hoping that my case will be solved soon.
