Akshay Puri filed complaint against Dell on Aug 6, 2021
I bought the Inspiron series on ** Jan however last month i checked the battery is swollen up.
While talking to there customer service from last * weeks approx they have come up with the solution to replace the device with refurbished laptop also they will pick the faulty device and will take ** days for replacement.
Why they are giving refurbished ?as refurbished laptops are quite cheeper,
Why taking lot of time in order to resolve customer issue instead of giving fast resolution

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
