Arpit Vijay filed complaint against Dell on Nov 12, 2020
Received Faulty dell Inspiron ****, started giving issues within ** days. After multiple services by dell team issue still persists.They agreed to replace the product, but WUR Team(replacement team) not replying back on mail, its been more than ** days and only one call by their side and giving me options of replacement and refund. I choose Refund and now suddenly i came to know from whatsapp support od dell that they are replacing it and still replacing will take more ** business days, but i opted for refund.Atleast if they will start refund option, i can go and buy a new laptop and start my work and wait for refund.Problem is we end users are unable to WUR Team, not picking our calls, no communication.
So, i request to atleast process my refund.
