I bought Dell Inspiron *in* *FMRLG* online. I received the system on **th Jan **** (Friday). I opened the box on **st Jan **** and found that there is an issue in connecting with the internet. Afterward, I have been trying to connect with DELL, and DELL executives have agreed that it is a software issue with the system but not included in the warranty. However, my argument is that since this system has had issue from day one so they must replace it. Warranty applies when you use the system, but this system was faulty from day one. So, DELL must replace the system.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
