I have recently Purchased Dell Inspirion **** Laptop. This is used for day to day activity of Web surfing & Zoom meeting only. Even for such simple task Laptop speed is Pathetic Slow,gets Hanged when shift from one window to other, takes huge time to boot. Raised complainted with Dell but they ask to Upgrade RAM & OS by paying additional cost. Don't understand why customer should pay again for there Design & product performance Issue.Despite multiple mails & calls to Dell they are no reply.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
