Dear sir/mam,
i have purchased * nos trimmer from Amazon one is Philips worth **** rupess Ordered on ** July **** Order# ***-*******-******* and one is j-go touch max worth *** Ordered on ** July **** Order# ***-*******-*******
on delivery i found that J-go touch max faulty an i have raised complaint for return but while returning my family gives him J-go but couriered boy asked him to give Philips and my family gave him Philips by mistake this things happened and after that i have called amazon customer service and raised complaint for this and they gave me faithful trust but after ** hour still there is no solution i am calling him regularly but not responding positive feedback so kindly help me take out this situation
