Naman filed complaint against Tata Cliq on Jun 12, 2020
Even I have ordered product from tata cliq on **th May
This is in regard to order number: *********.
The estimated delivery date was *st June and after calling several times post * st June, I got a feedback that the deliver partner is updating false remarks.
The complain for cancellation was placd on *th June and till today there is no sign of refund.
I already had a discussion with some customer care supervisor that the refund will be initiated by ** th June.
I want to know the exact status of refund other wise I will raise a complain for fraud on cyber forum.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
