Myntra - Delivery of Returned Item

I bought Monrow Women Solid Black Heel footwear. I placed this order on **th Dec **** and it was delivered to me on **st of Dec ****. And then I placed a return request on **th Jan **** since I found the fit to be too uncomfortable and my foot started swelling. So it was picked up on **th Jan ****. On **th I was notified that the return is rejected upon quality checks and that the item will be shipped back to me. And Today is Jan ** that is ** days later the status has not changed. It still says that the item will be re-shipped. When I raised a complaint their customer service team is telling me to wait for another * days just to give me an update on the order which is unacceptable. They are not even able to give me a proper update. I have not received my product back nor the refund nor a proper response. I demand a proper response and my product or refund at the earliest!!
