Danush Biju filed complaint against Asus on Dec 6, 2018
This is the complaint mail and request from a group of individuals who have taken the asus ROG gl*** and fx***. we are students of a private institute in kochi. we are doing our graduation on animation and graphics design. its been a year of purchase of these laptops but face frequent issues with the laptop (hard disk failures, blue screen errors etc) therefore we have taken our personal responsibility in talking individual laptops to the service center and they have replaced the motherboard HDD ram etc. but our issue continue the same blue screen same ram issues etc we still under warranty period but we have no time to attend our classes because most of the time our laptops are under service. we all have taken loans from banks to purchase these laptops worth **,*** to *,**,*** worth laptops and we are really really frustrated with the quality we have revived over time. when ever there is an windows update we expect a fix and this waiting is done for the past one year. this quality for a premium customer is soooooo bad for a reputed company like asus. in our institute there are asus laptops including the new gl*** which have the same internals but an udated one they have the freedom to update to the new windows but we dont . but why? we have paid money for the software and the hardware. but we dont have the freedom to update to the new software. in this case we have visited the service center for like ** to ** times and what they do is a bios refresh and windows downgrade. this is not a proper manner to take in. i would expect a call to **********.
